It may not be the case as customer satisfaction should come first before the organization's interests. Customer satisfaction should be the essential goal of an organization as it may lead to increased profits due to growing demand for the products (Lyons et al. 113).Therefore, managers should ensure that workflow in the organization promotes customer requirements. It can be achieved by optimizing the supply chain and re-engineering before the consideration of labor specialization.
